1. Scope
All shipments of orchids from Röllke GbR to consumers (§ 13 BGB) are bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Consumer means any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor its independent vocational activity may be attributed.

3. Offer and conclusion
3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors and omissions excluded.
3.2 "Send Order" by clicking on the button as the last step of the ordering process which will place a binding order in the basket of goods. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
4. Contract text
The contract text is stored on our internal systems. The terms and conditions can be seen at any time on this page. The order information and the terms and conditions will be sent by email. After the order is concluded, the text of the contract will no longer be available, for security reasons, on the internet
5. Cancellation
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of cancellation.
Note to the right to cancel
You can cancel your contract in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within 14 days without giving any reasons or - if the goods are delivered before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receipt of the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para . 1 and 2 draft Law, as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. Consequences
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (e.g. interest) must be returned. If the goods/services returned are received in whole or in part, in a deteriorated condition, you will be liable to pay compensation for the loss in value. With the release of things this does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to its inspection - as they would in a retail store - is due. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a purpose by the deterioration of the goods caused by the goods as your property and anything that could reduce its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. When making use of your our return policy (oder right to return) you are obliged to carry the shipping costs if the shipped goods correspond to those ordered, if the value of the goods does not exceed 40 € or if the value exceeds 40 € and no (or only a partial) payment has been made at the time of the return. In all other cases the return of goods will remain free of charge. Not parcel things are picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us upon receipt.

5a. Return costs
When making use of your our return policy (oder right to return) you are obliged to carry the shipping costs if the shipped goods correspond to those ordered, if the value of the goods does not exceed 40 € or if the value exceeds 40 € and no (or only a partial) payment has been made at the time of the return. In all other cases the return of goods will remain free of charge.
6. Price and shipping
6.1 This is stated on the product pages including the VAT and other price components.
6.2 The shipping costs depend on the quantity of goods ordered and the type of shipping and can be seen before you submit your binding order. You will find an overview on the delivery page.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery is only within Germany and the European Union. Prices for other countries are available on request.
7.2 We try to deliver as quickly as possible. To prevent the product freezing, deliveries will be suspended without notice if weather conditions could damage the products. There may be possible delays due to exhibitions or other events, for which we apologize.
8. Payment
8.1 The payment shall be made either by cash, PayPal, bank transfer or credit card.
8.2 If the payment is by advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order and deliver the goods after payment.
8.3 A right of set off is available only if your claims are legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by us.
8.4 You may only exercise a lien, if the claims are from the same contractual relationship.
9. Retention of title
Until the complete payment has been made the goods remains our property.
